Foreign investors acquire Brazilian agricultural land through a Brazilian legal entity (Ltda or S.A.), joint ventures, or fund structures. AgriBrazil coordinates the full process — legal entity setup, INCRA registration, due diligence and notarial closing — in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Romanian.
